Two arrested for Assault in Windsor Avenue, Coleraine

Two males aged 18 and 17 have been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm (aoabh) following an incident that occurred in the Windsor Avenue area of Coleraine on the evening of Thursday 24 March.

Just after 6pm, police received a report that a 17 year old male had been assaulted. The two males were arrested a short time later and are currently assisting police with their enquiries.

The 17 year old male who was assaulted has been taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
