Two due in Court over Limavady Drugs Seizure

Two men are due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates’ Court this morning in connection with the seizure of herbal cannabis worth £125,000 in Limavady on Wednesday 16th March.

The men, aged 46 and 53 are charge with a number of offences including cultivation of a class b controlled drug.

As is procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

A third man, aged 24 has been released on Police bail pending further inquiries.
