Two men, aged 21 and 30, are due in court today in connection with a string of robberies across Ballymoney and Ballymena that took place on Tuesday night.
Cigarettes and scratch cards were stolen from the shops in Ballymena’s Queen Street and the Tullygarley Road and Ballybogy Road in Ballymoney.
Both men were arrested yesterday in the Victoria Road area of Londonderry and charged with burglary with intent to steal and four counts of theft.
