Wilson pleased with progress in bid to make Play Parks accessible to all Children

Ulster Unionist Cllr Darryl Wilson is pleased with progress in his bid to see play parks made accessible for all children.

Cllr Wilson said” I am delighted that my motion calling for play parks within the Borough to be made more accessible for all children has gained unanimous support at the Leisure and Development committee on Tuesday night.

The motion was as follows : “That Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council develop and implement a programme of works to ensure that facilities/apparatus for Children with disabilities is installed in play parks across the entire Borough with a view to ensuring that all children have the opportunity to share and enjoy local park facilities together
