In introducing the awards the Octabuild chairman Tadhg Donohoe said, “Merchants who enter the Octabuild Builders Merchants Awards show that they have confidence in their ability to operate well-managed businesses and provide a quality customer service.”

On winning the overall prize, David Brown, Coleraine Branch Manager commented “This is an extremely proud moment for the company and recognises the improvements we have made to the Coleraine branch in addition to our commitment to provide the best possible service to our customer base. The branch recently underwent a merchandising programme which was a group wide initiative looking at improving customers in branch experience through gondola/product locations, improved signage, increased stock levels and dedicated promotional areas.

This award recognised the hard work and dedication from all the team at Coleraine and we look forward to continuing to provide the best possible service to our customers.” *David Brown, Branch Manager Haldane Fisher Coleraine, pictured receiving the Overall Award from Minister Jonathan Bell MLA and Tadhg Donohoe, Chairman, Octabuild (right).
