Man and Woman arrested for Shoplifting in Coleraine

Police in Coleraine have arrested a man and a woman in connection with shoplifting from three shops in Coleraine on Wednesday 02 September.

Chief Inspector Mark McClarence said: “We have charged the 25 year old man with theft. He was due to appear at North Antrim Magistrates Court today (Friday 04 September). As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).

“The woman was questioned and released on police bail.”
