Woman cut from car following RTC in Ballymoney

NIFRS responded to a road traffic collision involving two cars at Drones Road in Ballymoney this morning.

Firefighters used hydraulic cutting gear to release a 54-year-old woman from one car. Two other casualties – A 51-year-old woman and a 38-year-old woman – were out of the vehicles on arrival of FRS.

All casualties were taken to hospital by ambulance. Fire crews from Ballymoney and Coleraine stations attended the incident.
