Adam Hanson from Portrush has followed in his grandfather's footsteps and has taken a job at the newly opened Curry's Fun Park.
Adam is the grandson of the famous 'hobby horse man', Colm Quinn who passed away at the age of 79. He was a man with a passion for the carousel in Barry's Amusements where he worked for 60 years without missing a single day.
A social media post read "Young Adam has certainly inherited the family smile but prefers to keep a lower profile in his first year at Currys Funpark and realises he has a few years to catch up with grandfather Colm, but it’s definitely in the blood."
Adam worked for former owners, the Trufelli family.
