Alleged pharmacy burglar has case further adjourned

A Limavady man charged with entering a pharmacy in the town’s Anderson Avenue and attempting to steal medication has had his case further adjourned.

Paul David Martin (28), of Drumachose Park, is also accused of causing criminal damage to four vehicles including an Audi A4 – on the same date, January 18 this year.

Also regarding January 18 he is accused of possessing the Class C drug Xanax.

He also faces other charges relating to March 6 this year including driving whilst unfit in the vicinity of Roeview Park in Limavady; failing to stop, remain and report regarding an accident and possession of cannabis and Diazepam.

At Coleraine Magistrates Court on April 8 the case was adjourned to April 29
