Archibald condemns armed robbery

Sinn Féin MLA Caoimhe Archibald has described reports of an aggravated burglary at a house in Kilrea yesterday morning as very concerning.

The East Derry MLA said:

“Reports of this incident in Kilrea of a man being tied up in his own home and legally held firearms being stolen are disturbing.

“This will have been a terrifying experience for those involved and they have no doubt been left shaken by the experience.

“I would urge anyone with information on the incident to bring it forward to the PSNI
