DUP leader Arlene Foster is to invite President Donald Trump to Northern Ireland for The Open at Royal Portrush this year.
Mrs Foster who was in Washington for St Patrick’s Day told the BBC she would be inviting the president to Portrush for the return of the major golfing championship in July.
“It is the biggest event ever in Northern Ireland. It is a huge event that will put Northern Ireland on the map,” said the MLA.
