Articlave man convicted of Benefit Fraud

A man was convicted at Antrim Crown Court today (25th May) for claiming benefits he was not entitled to.

Jonathan Walker (40) of Dunboe Crescent, Articlave, claimed Jobseeker Allowance and Income Support totalling £10,510 while failing to declare capital. He was given 150 hours community service.

He is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Department for Communities.
