Aussie Rockers Airbourne return for sell out show

1 Mins read

METAL fans from the North Coast will be counting down the hours until Tuesday night.

That’s when Aussie rockers Airbourne return for a sold out show at the Limelight in Belfast.

Anyone who has caught the band on their previous visits – and there have been plenty – to the country, will know what to expect.

For those that haven’t? Expect an hour and a half you will not forget in a hurry.

Likened to AC/DC, Airbourne are undoubtedly one of the best live acts on the live scene.

If it’s a party atmosphere, singalong, beer drinking and fist pumping you’re after, then this is definitely the gig for you.

Formed in 2003, Airbourne are still going as strong as ever.

Fronted by livewire Joel O’Keefe – brother Ryan is also in the band – the quartet from Down Under will definitely bring the thunder!

Expect a string of hits from their classic albums “Runnin’ Wild”, “No Guts No Glory”, “Black Dog Barking” and “Breakin’ Outta Hell”.

Airbourne don’t rely on special effects or gimmicks, just raucous vocals and fabulous musicianship.

Be prepared for a breathless and boisterous show. These guys do good old fashioned rock ‘n’ roll.

Support on the night comes from Wolff.
