Ballycastle man is accused of wounding with intent to cause GBH

A MAN accused of wounding a male with intent to do him grievous bodily harm has had his case adjourned to September 30.

Kevin Anthony Maybin (55), of White Hall Avenue, Ballycastle, is accused of committing an offence on May 14, 2017.

The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday where defence barrister Francis Rafferty said the accused was not present as he was in Wales where he had left a family member over to university.
