Ballymoney man assaulted police officers

A MAN who assaulted two police officers and breached a 30mph speed limit has had his case adjourned to mid-February for a pre-sentence report.

Connor McGivern (21), with an address at Carnany Gardens in Ballymoney, was charged in relation to September 12 last year.

The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on January 13 where the defence solicitor was Fergus McIntosh.
