Bellarena Rail Halt to be completed by end of 2016

The construction of the new rail halt at Bellarena will be completed by the end of the year, according to Infrastructure Minister Chris Hazzard.

He confirmed this timeline in response to a question from East Londonderry MLA George Robinson who asked the Minister to “provide a definitive completion timetable for Bellarena rail halt.”

Responding, Minister Hazzard said : “The new railway halt at Bellarena will be completed by the end of December 2016 as part of the current line upgrade project which includes a passing loop at Bellarena.”
