Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council Festive Fund Initiative a Success

Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council launched the Festive Fund initiative this year to help Community Associations from smaller towns, villages and hamlets celebrate Christmas.

This fund is specifically designed to mark the lighting of the Christmas tree and help facilitate festive celebrations within the borough.  21 provincial Community Associations received funding to help bring festive cheer to the local community. Details of the successful applicants and the date of their Christmas event are set out in the table below.

Council are very excited by this initiative and by the response from the community.They are confident the participation will help create further community spirit at this festive time.
