Charges dismissed

A MAN who had previously pleaded not guilty to charges of assaulting a male and being disorderly on licensed premises – the Montra Social Club in Coleraine – has had the charges he faced dismissed at Coleraine Magistrates Court.

Joel McDonald (36), of Lisnablagh Road, Coleraine, had been charged in relation to March 4, 2018.

The case was mentioned at court on January 27 where prosecutors said they were offering no evidence in the case.
