A COLERAINE man who denies accusations of driving while unfit and being in charge of a vehicle while unfit in relation to the area at McDonald’s Restaurant in the town had had the matter adjourned to December 11 to fix a date for a contest.
Jonathan Neill (25), of Westbourne Crescent, is charged in relation to September 17 last year.
The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Friday.
