A Preliminary Enquiry – the legal step to send a case to the Crown Court – is due to be held at the end of April in the case of a man with a Coleraine address who is charged with causing grievous bodily harm.
Sandy Kane (19), of Mount Street Mews is accused in relation to June 2016.
The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Friday March 15.
