A Coleraine man who was disorderly at Glentaisie Park in Portrush and put a female in fear of assault has had sentencing adjourned for a report to be prepared.
Christopher Gaile (56), of Burnside Park, committed offences in January this year.
At Coleraine Magistrates Court on April 1 the defendant admitted charges of disorderly behaviour and common assault.
A prosecutor said Gaile had been banging on a window and it was a ‘technical’ assault as the female was put in fear of violence.
A defence barrister said the defendant had a record and was in breach of a suspended sentence.
The case was adjourned to the end of April.
