Two new Coleraine residential developments, totalling almost 500 homes, were approved this evening.
The developments were approved for the Newbridge and Bushmills Roads in the town.
MLA Maurice Bradley said ‘It is good news for the Coleraine area where there is an acute shortage of housing, particularly affordable housing, and around 500 new houses approved shows there is a demand for new housing and an indication of the return of healthy housing market.’
