Coleraine shootings must stop – Boyle

Alliance Alderman Yvonne Boyle has said that shootings in Coleraine must stop.

Alderman Boyle said: “It is unbelievable that someone could recklessly fire shots at two houses in Oakvale Park in Coleraine without caring who they hit. People in the houses could have been killed or injured.

This is the second time in recent weeks that shots have been fired at houses in Coleraine.

Whoever was behind these shootings must be condemned in the strongest possible terms and I would urge anyone with information to pass it to the police so those responsible can be brought to justice.”
