A retail premises in Church Street in Coleraine has gone on the market for over £1,250,000.

The premises is currently occupied by the clothing retailer Next, and two independent retailers.

The property is described as “occupying a prominent position in the town centre fronting the dual prime retail pitch of Church Street and The Diamond.
