Work commenced this week at Vineyard Compassion (charity) in Coleraine on the erection of a three-storey steel frame building as an annex to an existing building. Work includes construction of foundation, concrete floors, stairs, the installation of a passenger lift, cladding panels, and M&E services.
Excavation work started this week to make way for the construction of the foundations. On completion, the annex will provide a community cafe drop-in environment as well as a reception, kitchen, foodbank, clothing bank, wash rooms, offices, training space and counselling rooms.
Ballymena-based construction company martin & hamilton is the main contractor on the project.
