Council warns that there might be disruption to bin collections in the near future

1 Mins read

Bin collections continue to take place as normal but there may be some disruption to service in the near future, council has said.

A council spokesperson said “Please ensure that all BLACK BIN waste is bagged and stored properly inside the bin.

Please keep tissues/kitchen roll/disposable cleaning cloths separate from other waste. Seal and double bag it before putting in your external BLACK BIN.

Please clean the handles of your bins before and after they are left out for collection. Bulky Waste collections have been suspended until further notice.

Recycling centres will remain open as normal at this time.”
