Councillor Wilson condemns Rasharkin incident which left man in hospital

Ulster Unionist Councillor Darryl Wilson has condemned an incident which occurred in Rasharkin on Thursday 29th September.

The incident happened in the Glenfield area of the village when four masked men forced their way into a house and assaulted a man with crowbars.

Cllr Wilson said : “It is deeply concerning that an attack of this nature has taken place resulting in the victim being hospitalised.”

“I would urge anyone that has information or that witnessed any suspicious behaviour to come forward to the PSNI immediately.”
