Court Contest Date Is Set

A man from between Portglenone and Gulladuff charged with driving without due care and attention and failing to give permission for a laboratory test to be carried out on a blood sample has had his case fixed for a contest.

Michael Patrick O’Neill (32), of Mayogall Road, is accused of committing the offences on January 30, 2018. The driving without due care and attention allegedly happened at Millburn Road, Coleraine.
The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on December 28.

A defence lawyer said he hoped to have a report regarding his client by early January. The case has been fixed for a contest on January 21 with a review on January 1
