Damaged Sewer discovered near main road in Greysteel

NI Water have discovered a damaged sewer in the Sheskin Road/Clooney Road area of Greysteel following reports of a leak close to the main road.

An NI Water Spokesperson said : ‘‘NI Water was recently made aware of reports of a sewage leak in the vicinity of the Sheskin Road/Clooney Road junction in Greysteel. Upon attending the site, our contractors discovered a damaged sewer in the area. A clean-up operation was effected and a full repair will be carried out within the coming days.

‘‘We encourage customers to report incidences of this nature to NI Water via Waterline by dialling 03457 440088.’’
