David Boyle MBE Hands Over £31,000 To Six Charities

This evening David Boyle MBE, otherwise known as the Caring Caretaker made his annual cheque presentation at the Lodge Hotel.

£31,000 pounds was handed over to six different charities. These charities were

Alzheimers Society – £7,000
Children’s Heartbeat Trust – £7,000
Charlene’s Project – £7,000
The Perinatal Trust Fund At The Royal Victoria Hospital – £7,000
Causeway Coast & Tandem Club – £1,500
Causeway Special Olympics Club – £1,500

In his presentation, David thanked, Rev Robert McMullan, Colin Bond, Moores Of Coleraine, Darren Pollock, Denis McNeill, Brian Moore, Kevin McAuley, Hannah Reid, Paul Gibson, Daniel Taylor, Chief Inspector Ian Magee and all at Coleraine Police Station, Causeway Coast Community, Local Councillors and MLA’s , Gary Myles At Downtown Radio, Q Radio, Coleraine Times, The Lodge Hotel, Coleraine Chronicle, and supporting Local Restaurants & Cafes.

David went onto thank his family and wife Theresa and most importantly to all those who donated.

In total over the years David Boyle has raised over, £591,000

This year ( 2019 ) David will be raising funds for :

Prostate Cancer UK
Cancer Research UK
Community Rescue Service Coleraine
The Samaritans Coleraine
Age Concern Coleraine
