The village of Dervock has been battling a rising amount of anti-social behaviour within the last fortnight.

In a social media post this afternoon a PSNI spokesperson said “Police have been made aware within the last couple of weeks that there has been an increase in anti-social behaviour in the Dervock area.

“This has mainly been around and within the local shop. The staff who are working hard throughout difficult times do not need to deal with this sort of behaviour.

“Police have already dealt with incidents of unruly behaviour around the shop and hope that the problems will now stop. Police patrols are routinely in the village and will be happy to speak to local residents if there are any further incidents.”
