Dunloy woman is charged with permitting no insurance

A Dunloy woman has been charged with permitting a person to use a vehicle without insurance at Ballybrakes Industrial Estate in Ballymoney.

Stephanie McKendry (24), of Cairnview Park,is also accused of obstructing a police officer in the exercise of powers conferred under the Road Traffic Order.
The charges relate to December last year.

The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Friday, where the defence solicitor was Moira Laverty, and it was adjourned to mid-June.
