The Dunluce centre has been finally sold to successful applicant HMW properties the Coleraine Chronicle exclusively revealed this afternoon. According to the local paper, the company which is a leader in leisure and development paid almost 1 million pounds for the property. The paper also reveals that 60 new jobs are to be created as part of the acquisition.
The proposed plans for the property is to turn it into a ‘state of the art family entertainment centre including climbing walls and a surf club’.
Causeway Coast Community understands that the development will be completed in phases which will take up to 3 years with the first phase due to be completed by Summer 2017 with the final phase completed by 2019.
The building has being redundant for over three years.
