DUP MLA Maurice Bradley has condemned those who caused damage to a defibrillator at a tennis pavilion in Coleraine.
Bradley said: “A defibrillator is an important piece of equipment that could save someone’s life.
“For anyone to cause damage to it, or the cabinet that it is housed in is beggars believe.
“We read more and more about young people taking potentially fatal heart conditions, the presence of one of these machines means that a life could be saved.
“I would appeal to anyone who knows any information about this incident to get in touch with the PSNI.”
