The Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council Mark Fielding has condemned youths who have recently been throwing eggs and stones at properties in the evenings in Portstewart particularly around the Mill Road and Lissadell Avenue areas of the town.

In a statement to Causeway Coast Community, he said “This has to stop. Some of the youths are reportedly quite young, early teens and I would appeal to any owner of property targeted or has witnessed this happening to report to the Police.”
