Farm equipment stolen from premises in Ballycastle

Detectives are appealing for following two burglaries of farm premises in Ballycastle.

Detective Sergeant Wallace said: “It was reported that sometime between Sunday 31 July and Monday 1 August entry was gained to premises and farm equipment removed.

“We are appealing for anyone with information who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area or have information about the incident or anyone who may be offered similar items for sale in suspicious circumstances to contact detectives at Coleraine Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 403 of 1/8/2016 and reference number 280 of 2/8/2016.

Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
