Firefighters Called Out To Fire At Ballycastle Recycling Centre

Two fire appliances were tasked from Ballycastle Fire Station and one from Coleraine Fire Station this morning shortly after 9am.

Firefighters were called to a fire at the Recycling Centre in Ballycastle.

A spokesperson said “The fire had burnt itself out prior to fire crews arriving. Firefighters dampened down the scene.”

The incident was dealt with at 10.13am

It is understood a digger and the office was damaged.
