Funeral of Amy Connor to take place this week

The funeral of Amy Connor will take place this Wednesday.

The 23-year-old mother of one from the Coleraine area was found around midday on Thursday 20th August at her room in the Ibiza Rocks Hotel in the resort of San Antonio.

Her sister, Toni Connor, was part of the group of holidaymakers when tragedy struck.

A notice on funeral times read :

“Connor -20th August 2020 (suddenly), Amy, loving daughter of Carol McKibbin, step daughter of Campbell Kennedy, devoted mummy of Kaliyah Connor and loving sister to Aaron John, Jean and Toni Connor and a much loved auntie.

For those wishing to pay their respects to Amy, her cortège will proceed to Ballywillan Cemetery, Portrush on Wednesday 2nd September 2020 following a service in her mother’s home, 245 Glebe Crescent, Castlerock at 1.00pm.

Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu if desired to The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust c/o Mrs Mona Murdock, 31, Bushmills Road, Coleraine.

Very deeply regretted by her sorrowing family and entire family circle”
