1 Mins read

TUV leader Jim Allister has secured the right to challenge planning approval for a £20m hotel and leisure complex at the heart of the North West 200 race route.

The North Antrim MLA was granted leave at the High Court to seek a judicial review of the permission to build The Merrow Hotel in Portstewart.

At court today leave to apply for judicial review was granted on the basis that an arguable case has been established.
