A Kilrea man has admitted cultivating cannabis at his home address and being in possession of the Class B drug.
Steven Patrick Montgomery (32), whose address was listed as Larchfield Gardens, committed the offences on September 8 this year.
He appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court on October 1.
A defence solicitor said there was a “relevant record” and asked for the case to be adjourned for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
Sentencing is due to take place at the end of October and the defendant was released on £500 bail.
