Pupils from Kilrea Primary School recently planted native trees to the rear of Larchfield Gardens in the town, alongside staff from the local Housing Executive office.

The planting project, organised by the Housing Executive, provides an opportunity to educate future generations in the importance of trees in the environment and their valuable role in providing habitats for wildlife.
