Loughgiel man who was not wearing seat belt said he had a ‘shoulder condition’

Police spotted a driver who was not wearing his seat belt at Ballymena’s North Road last year and the defendant told officers he had been in contact with his GP about a “shoulder condition”.

Nigel McGarry (50), of Tober Road near Loughgiel, admitted the seat belt offence and at Ballymena Magistrates Court on March 14 he was given three penalty points and a £60 fine.
