1 Mins read

A MACOSQUIN man breached a suspended sentence by taking a vehicle without authority; driving whilst banned and being at the wheel with excess alcohol in his breath.

Aaron Joseph Samuel McMullan (34), of Macleary Road, came to police attention at Dunderg Road, Macosquin, on September 24 this year.

He pleaded guilty to the offences and also to being uninsured during the incident.

The defendant appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court on October 22 where he was told he was banned from the road from the date of the court.

However, sentencing has been put back to November 19 for a pre-sentence report.
