A Man Has Been Accused Of Causing Criminal Date To A ‘Set Of False Teeth’

A man has been accused of assault causing actual bodily harm and causing criminal damage to a ‘set of false teeth’ belonging to a woman.

Gareth Allen (47), of Garry Drive, Ballymoney, allegedly committed the offences in February.

Details surrounding the alleged circumstances have yet to be given to the court.

The defendant appeared, via video link from Maghaberry Prison, at Coleraine Magistrates Court today  ( Monday 5th March 2018 ). He was further remanded in custody and the case was adjourned until March 26.
