A MAN accused of attempted murder is set to have the matter sent to the Crown Court.

Gary Moore (31), with an address listed as Greenmount Avenue in Coleraine, is accused of attempted murder after an alleged stabbing incident involving a ‘steak knife’.

A man aged in his 40s required keyhole surgery after being stabbed during an incident at Blackthorn Court in Coleraine around 11.30pm on July 3 this year.

Moore is charged with attempted murder; possession of an offensive weapon – a knife; assaulting a woman and damaging a window and kitchen light.
