A MAN accused of kidnapping a man; allegedly causing him grievous bodily harm and stealing £500 from him has had the matter further adjourned.
The accused is Jason Kennedy (30), with an address listed as Captain Street Upper in Coleraine.
The charges relate to December 12 last year.
At Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena on October 12, defence solicitor John Murphy said the defendant had been in custody for several months after being recalled on licence.
The court heard there are two co-accused who are on bail.
Kennedy’s case was adjourned to October 26.
