
A man accused of burglary in Ballymoney with intent to do damage and assaults has been freed on bail to a Ballymena address.
Steven James Mitchell (29), of Mullan Road near Ballymoney, is also charged with causing criminal damage to a baby monitor, TV and a police cell on March 3 this year.
Coleraine Magistrates Court was told, on Monday, bail had been granted two weeks previously but that Mitchell, who appeared via video link from Maghaberry Prison, had not been able to obtain an address suitable to police.
He has now been bailed to an address at Galgorm Road in Ballymena.
The case was adjourned to mid-May.
The defendant has a night time curfew; is banned from entering Ballymoney and also has an alcohol-related bail condition.
