Man admits assaults and damaging vehicle

A MAN has pleaded guilty to assaults and damaging a vehicle.

Mark Ryan Booth (35), of Woodburn Crescent in Coleraine, admitted assaulting two males and a police officer and causing criminal damage to a man’s Vauxhall Corsa.

A charge of being disorderly in the vicinity of Eglinton Street in Portrush was withdrawn by prosecutors.

The charges relate to October 10 this year.

The defendant was at Coleraine Magistrates Court on December 9 where his defence solicitor was Brendan McLernon.

The case was adjourned to January for a pre-sentence report.
