A MAN has admitted charges of cultivating cannabis and possessing cannabis.

Jakob Rabel (24), of Taylors Row, Coleraine, had the offences detected at his address on January 27 this year.
He was in the dock at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday.

The full details of the case were not outlined at court.

A defence lawyer said the defendant, who is Polish, has been living in Northern Ireland for five years and is in full-time employment.

The case was adjourned for four weeks for a pre-sentence report.
