
Kamil Nowakowski (31) of Eglinton Street, Portrush appeared in Coleraine court this morning, sitting in Ballymena accused of burglary on 19 March this year.
Nowakowski who appeared without legal representation is charged with the theft of a lockbox with £1000 in cash and a bottle of rose wine worth approximately £30 from Amici Restaurant in Portstewart.
District Judge Peter King advised the defendant to seek legal representation before the case could be heard further.
The case was adjourned to 17th December 2020.
